ITC Patent Litigator Brian Nester Joins Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, D.C.

Sidley Austin LLP announced that Brian Nester has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. Nester will focus his practice on patent litigation, with an emphasis on proceedings before the International Trade Commission (ITC). Over the past 14 years, Nester has litigated dozens of patent disputes through the U.S. He has extensive experience in patent litigation before the ITC, where he has tried a dozen cases.
