David Gergen, editor-at-large for U.S. News & World Report and a senior political analyst for CNN, will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Capella University (www.capella.edu) PhD colloquium in Phoenix on Monday, July 13, at 5 p.m. at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.
