A report, 'Sources of Salmonella contamination during broiler production in Eastern Spain,' is newly published data in Preventive Veterinary Medicine. According to a study from Castellon, Spain, "Prevention of Salmonella contamination of poultry products requires detailed knowledge of the main sources associated with its presence in the production system.
