Research reports from Shanghai JiaoTong University, Department of Nephrology provide new insights into kidney disease

Investigators publish new data in the report 'Challenging chronic kidney disease: experience from chronic kidney disease prevention programs in Shanghai, Japan, Taiwan and Australia.' According to recent research from Shanghai, People's Republic of China, "Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is now a global health problem. One important strategy to prevent and manage CKD is to offer a prevention program which could detect CKD early as well as raise awareness of the disease."
