Research on agriculture discussed by R.K. Chen and co-researchers

According to recent research from Fuzhou, People's Republic of China, "This paper describes the progress of the sugarcane industry in China, as well as the major characteristics of sugarcane production systems and R&D. Over the past 8 years, production area expanded by 47.87%, total sugarcane production increased by 79.54%, cane yield per hectare by 21.26% and annual sugar production by 83.12%."
