Free Military Professional Symposium on 'Bullets Vs. Benefits'

"Bullets & Benefits: Paying for People and Modernization" is the title of a free symposium to be held Monday, November 17, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Sheraton National Hotel, 900 South Orme St., in Arlington, Va.
