Copano Energy 2010 Schedule K-1s Available

Copano Energy, L.L.C. (Nasdaq: CPNO) announced that it has completed the 2010 tax packages for its unitholders, including Schedule K-1s. The tax packages are currently available online and may be accessed via Copano Energy's website at www.copanoenergy.com under "Investor Relations - Distributions and K-1s." Copano Energy has also begun mailing the Schedule K-1s to unitholders, and expects to complete the process by Friday, March 4, 2011.
