Denver's "Better Burger" Restaurant Announces CEO, Board Member Appointments

Smashburger, the country's fastest growing "better burger" restaurant company, has selected David Prokupek, its Chairman, to also serve as Chief Executive Officer. The company has also expanded its board to include three independent industry leaders who will provide strategic direction and guidance as Smashburger accelerates its growth and reaches more than 100 stores in 2010.
