(NASDAQ:ECBE) ("ECB" or the "Company") announced its results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2008. 2008 Second Quarter Financial Highlights For the three months ended June 30, 2008, net income was $1,102,000 or $0.38 per diluted share which compares to net income for the three months ended June 30, 2007 of $1,257,000 or $0.43 per diluted share. For the six months ended June 30, 2008, net income was $2,148,000 or $0.74 per diluted share which compares to net income for the six months ended June 30, 2007 of $2,209,000 or $0.76 per diluted share.
