Synopsys Names Sidley Austin "Legal Partner of the Year"

Global technology company Synopsys, Inc. has presented its "Legal Partner of the Year" award to Sidley Austin LLP at a ceremony in the law firm's Palo Alto office. Sidley provides Synopsys with legal services covering areas such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international business, compliance and governance and patent litigation.
